Frangelico liqueur

heavy whipping cream

crushed Lavender buds
Instructions
Soak lavender buds overnight in the Frangelico and strain liquid through a fine mesh sieve. With a mixer, whip the cream and slowly add the liquid until light and fluffy. Serve over caramelized apples, pies, ice cream, cakes, and so on.
